Hello everyone!
We’re excited to announce a very special day coming up at our school — Inside Out Day, happening on Friday, the 27th of March!
This is a day when we will take time to celebrate all the great learning we’ve done around the Zones of Regulation and understanding our emotions.
On Inside Out Day, students are invited to come to school dressed in a way that represents how they feel or how they understand emotions. You might choose to:
There is no right or wrong emotion — all feelings are welcome and important. This day is about recognising, understanding, and celebrating them. As part of our celebrations, students have the chance to watch the movie Inside Out in their classrooms over the week, helping us make even more connections to the emotions and strategies we’ve been learning about.
To help everyone stay safe and comfortable at school, please remember:
Students should still be dressed appropriately for a normal school day and ready to learn and play safely. We can’t wait to see the colourful outfits, thoughtful choices, and great conversations about emotions. Let’s celebrate our learning, our feelings, and each other on Inside Out Day, March 27th!
Thank you
Mrs Hart
This week, our performing arts group had the incredible opportunity to take part in Young Voices 2026 at the O2 Arena in London—and what an unforgettable experience it was!
After weeks of rehearsals, the children finally joined thousands of other pupils from across the country to form one of the largest school choirs in the world. The atmosphere inside the arena was electric. From the moment the lights dimmed, and the first song began, the children sang their hearts out, filling the O2 with energy, smiles, and brilliant music.
Our pupils performed a fantastic range of songs, complete with dance moves they had been practising with great enthusiasm. They also loved singing alongside professional musicians and dancers, which made the whole event feel truly magical. A huge well done to all the children for their hard work, wonderful behaviour, and incredible performance. They represented our school beautifully and made us all extremely proud.
It was a day full of music, excitement, and memories we’ll treasure for a long time!
Chess Club is up and running! Thank you, from Mrs Thomas and the pupils, to everyone who donated a set to enable the club.
