Church Distinctiveness
Christian Distinctiveness at All Souls’ CE Primary School
'Love the Lord your God... and love your neighbour as yourself.' Luke 10:37
At All Souls’ CE Primary School, we strive to live out our Christian values of Compassion, Respect, Courage, Forgiveness and Hope in all aspects of school life. These values shape our relationships, guide our decisions, and help us to create a caring and inclusive community where every child is valued and encouraged to flourish.
Collective Worship is an integral part of our daily life. It provides a special opportunity for the whole school community to come together, reflect, and pause amidst the busyness of the day. Through worship, children of all faiths and none are encouraged to develop spiritually, explore important values, and gain a deeper understanding of themselves and the world around them.
We are proud of our strong partnership with our parish church, All Souls’ Church, which plays a central role in the life of our school. Pupils regularly visit the church for worship, reflection, and curriculum-based learning experiences, while members of the church community frequently join us in school worship and celebrations.
Our Christian values, alongside British Values, underpin everything we do and help to foster a community built on kindness, respect, responsibility, and a commitment to the wellbeing of all.
