Each week we will put a new mindfulness activity up for you to have a go at with your children.
It is important to keep talking to your child and checking in on their feelings and emotions, as much as your own.
We hope these tasks give you some calming and distraction techniques you can use throughout the day and help to support your child's wellbeing.
