  • Junior Parkrun

    This week we had an assembly about Junior Parkrun. All Souls’ has signed up to be a Parkrun school!

    Mrs Andrews is a volunteer at Radnor Park Junior Parkrun and spoke to the children in assembly about the event, the benefits of taking part and some of the regular Parkrun children spoke to the school.

    Junior Parkrun is a free, community event where you can walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate. Junior Parkrun is 2k, dedicated to 4-14 year olds and their families and friends of all ages, every Sunday morning at 9am.

    Junior Parkrun is positive, welcoming and inclusive. There is no time limit and no one finishes last. Everyone is welcome to come along!

    · Address: Radnor Park, Radnor Park Road, Folkestone, Kent, CT19 5AU

    · Every Sunday, at 9am arrive at 8.45.

    If you can’t attend this week, Junior Parkrun happens every Sunday, so you can come any Sunday you are available.

    Watch this space for event days, when we want to encourage as many All Souls’ pupils and staff to join Parkrun Sunday!

  • Stars of the Week - 19.9.25

    • Ladybirds - Ava for always being respectful.
    • Bumblebees - Ren for being a lovely friend to others.
    • Fireflies - Charlotte for trusting and believing in herself when facing a challenge. Super job!
    • Caterpillars - Daniel for always showing respect for his class and fellow pupils.
    • Dolphins - Leo for his excellent learning and respectful attitude during lessons.
    • Sharks - Seb consistently shows our values of respect and friendship.
    • Stingrays - Daisy-Mai for showing the value of respect in her own work by writing in lots of detail and presenting her work creatively.
    • Turtles - Tami for being a kind, helpful and respectful member of the class.
    • Orcas - Ralphie for a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards his learning.
    • Penguins - Star for really improving her focus and effort in all subjects.

    • Fireflies - Aathya for being a super helpful Firefly this week.
    • Caterpillars - Nate for being a helpful and considerate member of the class.
    • Dolphins - Madison for being a kind friend and a fantastic role model in and out of the classroom.
    • Sharks - Hollie as she has shown wonderful friendship this week.
    • Stingrays - Simeon for showing the value of respect by always being ready to learn, offering ideas in class discussion, completing some fantastic home learning, and reading at home every day.
    • Turtles - Dara for lovely work in English.
    • Orcas - Joel for outstanding effort in all lessons.
    • Penguins - Kai for making incredible progress, participating in class discussions and really pushing himself with his learning.
